Kelly Hightower, EA

Kelly is an Enrolled Agent with David Coffin PLLC, and is licensed to practice before the IRS. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked with two other tax firms in preparing both corporate, partnership and individual income tax returns. Her prior experience includes work as an office manager for several companies, a benefits coordinator with AFLAC, a management consultant for a dental practice. Kelly was also a flight attendant for nine years with Delta Airlines before deciding to stay at home to care for her two boys.

Education

Kelly studied Business Administration at the University of Texas at El Paso and competed in the Miss Nebraska USA pageant where she received the Prestigious Communicator Award. She is an active member of the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Enrolled Agents.

Community Service

Kelly served as President of the Grapevine Colleyville Independent School District Council of PTA’s and was also a member of the Economic Action & Bond Planning team. Kelly was nominated for the City of Colleyville Citizen of the year and was awarded the PTA Lifetime Achievement Award. Finally, Kelly is also a past Treasurer for the Grapevine High School Baseball Booster Club.

These varying and different experiences have shaped Kelly into a formidable representative for clients who are facing challenging IRS issues. Kelly is a valuable member of the David Coffin PLLC team and brings a warm and optimistic approach to helping the firm’s clients.
