Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of New Mexico, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northern Colorado. Stephen graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis with a Master of Law in Taxation. He is licensed to practice in Texas, New Mexico, Illinois, and the United States Tax Court.

Stephen represents clients in audit and collection cases before the Internal Revenue Service. He also advises clients on business formation issues and planning, as well as international tax matters.
